James Brausch’s Question Time

By Derrick | May 4, 2007

James Brausch is planning to do a question time tomorrow. I have a question about his Customer Service software, Sufaq. It’s one of the few products that I haven’t bought from James yet – the others are Trafficopia and the Freedom Business System (although the time is fast approaching for both) and his now $900 a month Magic Email address.

His other products are nothing short of phenomenal. They’ve shown me a whole new way to do business on the Internet. I use Munius, Relusi, Glyphius, Muvar and Nemeas on a daily basis; Rasof about twice a week. I’m not using Artemis Pro and Hermusa nearly as much as I should.

“the software works differently than the customer would have designed it”

My question actually relates to an “undocumented feature” in Relusi, and the response I received from Sufaq when I asked about it; I guess it’s a customer service question.

I also have a question about Muvar.

Actually, I suppose it’s really three questions – each of which is “An interesting, but benign observation that the software works differently than the customer would have designed it.”

If you have any questions for James, now would be a good time to ask them.

Has Rasof really worked for you. Has it improved your search engine ranging. Thanks

I’d also like to know if it worked for you. Most programs promise much more than they actualy deliver.
