Free Traffic

Free traffic? Anyone with a little bit of experience knows that, as with lunch, there’s really no such thing. You always pay for traffic – with money, time or effort (or some combination of the three).
With most paid advertising, once you stop paying, the traffic dries up.
On the other hand, with many of the ‘free’ traffic methods, the traffic keeps on coming once you’ve done the work – sometimes for months or years on end.
Article marketing is a great example. If you can get your articles distributed to a large number of other peoples’ sites, complete with links back to your website, they can provide traffic for a long time to come.
There are a number of article distribution services, such as ArticleMarketer and iSnare, which will distribute your articles to hundreds or even thousands of publishers. Some services, like Unique Article Wizard and ArticleMarketingAutomation, even allow you to create ’spinnable’ articles, so that each publisher receives a unique version of each article.
But these services are not cheap. UAW is $67 a month now.
So I was quite surprised and excited to find a pretty good free article distribution service – Free Traffic System. This service distributes your spinnable articles to 30 keyword-targeted blogs.
The interesting thing about Free TrafficSystem is that it’s really free – there’s no upsell or premium service. They offer an affiliate program, but no money changes hands – you get extra link credits for each new member you bring in.
You also get credits for every WordPress blog you add to the system.
I have a couple of minor quibbles – the article spinning system is a bit clunky, and the process of selecting which blogs you want to distribute an article to is even clunkier (although most of the paid services don’t give you this much control).
But hell, it’s free.

I believe anyone that engages in any klind of online business is more interested in the traffic that comes with it.If this can prove to be different from the lot out there,then we have something.Thank for this derrick.

I really love the word Free!

I’ve never found article marketing as its called brings in any traffic.

Why we do blogging? I think traffic is the only purpose and we work all the day for the same purpose. It is s big surprise when someone share a way to drive traffic and more surprisingly, free traffic.

Article submission is ingenious. Article Marketer is great to use from my experience with them they have supplied my websites with tons of backlinks. Article Marketer is the best.

I used to think article marketing was this great thing and I would want my article posted everywhere, but I never saw my rankings increase after months and months. So now I only submit to a select few article directories manually and it seems to provide the same, if not better results.

Submitting a lot of articles to a large number of websites is really time consuming and any free tool would be of great help.

I have experienced n increase in traffic by writing a few articles here and there. It can definitely help, but just like you said its gonna cost you a little time and effort.

another way to spin articles and get them distributed to a large number of sites is to use an automated link building service like NeuroLinker. but submitting to places like EzineArticles is also good value.

Hi, for something that is FREE and that I can pass on to clients who are wanting to tighten their budgets, this is pretty handy. Because you can get your stuff out there even when there is no money in the kitty for this. When there IS money, you can add in a paid service to build up more traffic, because no one is going to say no to an increase in traffic to their site!

In addition to the free service, there are a few article distribution tools the have built-in spinning. These do cost a small fee, however worth the cost for labor you save. Brad Callen’s tools rock for article syndication. I have resigned myself to sending out articles to only abut a dozen article directories. It is easier this way.
Also, when spinning the article, please be careful of the variations. If one of the variations yields poor grammer, the article will not get published.

At least 50 pages for any content website with some of the internal pages are the targeted pages for search engine traffic. In other word when you build backlink these pages are the only pages you want to link to in most of your internal pages and your external inbound link.

The one that make UAW very expensive because it can spread the article to 3000s blog or sites. The Article you mention above is cool. However currently they offer premium membership for $47.

May I suggest setting up a social media campaign. There is no other low-cost promotional method out there that will easily give you large numbers of visitors, some of whom may come back to your website again and again.

well, i totally agree. Not benefitting from a social media campaign is stupid. We should all get involved, its not even expensive. However, it’s good to know at least the basics before going for a social media campaign.
